Juniper
House.
A considered identity. An inviting website.
A better beginning to every stay.
01The opportunity
Your hospitality begins
before the front door.
Juniper House is a twelve-room countryside guesthouse built around thoughtful details: local breakfasts, quiet gardens, and the feeling of being welcomed by someone who knows the area. Your online presence should offer that same sense of care.
We propose a distinctive visual identity and a five-page website that turn curiosity into confident booking decisions. Together, they will give guests a clear picture of the stay, make room information easy to compare, and create a direct path to your existing booking platform.
Feel unmistakable
A coherent identity that feels intimate, grounded, and recognizably Juniper House.
Help guests choose
Useful room details, thoughtful local recommendations, and clear answers before booking.
Make upkeep simple
An editable website and a practical brand guide your small team can use with confidence.
02What we will create
One story.
Every touchpoint.
A clear foundation
Strategy & creative directionAgree on the story before we start designing, with a focused discovery process built around your guests and your ambitions.
- 90-minute discovery workshop with the founding team
- Audience priorities, positioning statement, and three brand principles
- One approved creative direction with a visual moodboard
- Website sitemap and content plan for five core pages
An identity with character
Visual identity systemA warm, enduring design language that brings together the house, its surroundings, and the people who make it special.
- Two initial identity concepts; one developed final direction
- Primary wordmark, secondary mark, color palette, and typography
- Business card and welcome-note designs, supplied as print-ready files
- A concise brand guide plus SVG, PDF, and PNG logo files
- Two consolidated rounds of revisions on the selected direction
A thoughtful digital home
Website design & developmentA responsive, editable website that is as inviting on a phone as it is on a desktop, with a straightforward route from discovery to booking.
- Five pages: Home, Our Story, Rooms, Local Guide, and Contact
- Custom page designs and implementation in your Webflow account
- One reusable room layout with content for up to four room categories
- Booking links to your existing provider; no custom reservation engine
- Editing of client-supplied copy, up to 2,500 words, and image placement
- Page titles, meta descriptions, social sharing images, and sitemap setup
- Two consolidated rounds of design revisions before development
A confident opening
Launch & handoverMake the handover feel like a beginning, with the checks, knowledge, and support needed to run the site yourselves.
- Mobile, tablet, and desktop checks in current major browsers
- Keyboard navigation, color contrast, and accessible markup review
- Domain connection and launch checklist
- One recorded 60-minute editing session and a written handover guide
- 14 days of post-launch support for defects within the agreed scope
A focused scope. Photography, full copywriting, booking-platform fees, domain and hosting subscriptions, paid fonts, custom booking functionality, and ongoing maintenance are excluded. Any additions will be quoted and approved before work begins.

05Working together
Good work starts
with clear expectations.
Communication & reviews
We will hold one 30-minute check-in each week and share progress at every milestone. Juniper House will appoint one contact to consolidate feedback and approve deliverables.
Content & access
Your team supplies licensed photography, draft copy, room information, policies, and access to Webflow, the domain, and the booking provider. Legal and privacy text is client-supplied.
Revisions & scope changes
Two rounds each are included for identity and website design. A round means one consolidated set of feedback. New directions or added features require a written estimate and schedule adjustment.
Ownership & third-party assets
Final approved custom designs and website assets transfer to Juniper House after full payment. Unused concepts remain with the studio. Fonts, software, and other third-party assets retain their own license terms.
Acceptance & support
Your team reviews the staging site against the agreed scope before final payment and launch. We will resolve in-scope defects reported during the 14-day support window. New content or features are quoted separately.
Agreement & scheduling
This proposal is an outline for the project agreement. Kickoff timing, cancellation terms, and any applicable taxes will be confirmed in that agreement before a booking or payment is requested.
